Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items (such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items) may be exempt from returns. For more details, see our list of non-returnable items below.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items
- Certain health and personal care items
How to Return

Please ensure the following:
- You include the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, including situations where:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the defect or damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
